{Mr & Mrs Northam}

I had been looking forward to this wedding since the day I met with Kirsty, we knew each other from varsity and I remember listening to her talk about Dean (while he was away in England joining the army) and knew that they were crazy for each other and they are a true example of how distance means very little when you are in love! The story ends happily because Kirsty and Dean now live together in England and we were lucky enough to photograph their wedding celebrations at the beautiful Sierra ranch. One thing I can say about this wedding is that everyone got involved and did their bit to make the day a success. We started off the day a little differently as the bridal party went down to the venue to set up. Once that was done, Kirsty and Dean went their separate ways to get ready for the ceremony. The ceremony was heartfelt and happy and it was sealed with a kiss! It happened to be a VERY cold day but the bridal party were absolute troopers and smiled through the cold. The reception was filled with laughter and tears and I could tell by everyone's speeches that on that day two families became one and they the newly weds were well loved and cherished by their friends and family. After the formalities we headed up to the main building where the guests danced the night away. It was a wedding to remember! Thank you Kirsty and Dean for letting us be apart of your special day! Also a quick thank you to their moms who were there at every meeting and certainly made everything go smoothly and who kept coming to check if I was alright! (being 7 months pregnant is no joke!) ONE more thank you for your patience! I know this blog is long over due! I hope you enjoy these photos as much as I loved taking them! (PS! Kirsty's dress and the bridesmaids dresses were made by her mom, talented much??)
